Returns Policy
Along with your item we will enclose a ‘Item exchange/returns form.’
- If you wish to return your item please fill in the section of your form titled ‘Returns’
- If you wish to exchange your item for one of a different size, please fill in the section of the form titled ‘Exchange.’
- If you are returning your item or exchanging your item for a different size, you must return the original item with the form.
- Postage costs for returning or exchanging the item will not be refunded.
- If you are returning a large number of items for a refund I would advise that you return them via special delivery or equivalent, as we cannot be held responsible for any missing post.
- If you used a card to pay for your item you will be refunded via your card, if not please supply us with an address to send you a cheque or your bank account details so we can refund you directly to your account. Please do not provide us with both.
